Field Operations Manager of Toro Construction Corp, Carlos Vazquez, joined Toro Construction in 2011 as the lead Project Superintendent and progressively worked his way to Field Operations Manager. Carlos oversees and manages crew and construction operations. Carlos has over 16 years of carpentry and superintendent experience in hospital renovations, public schools, libraries, commercial buildings, to mention a few.
