CPS South Loop Elementary School

South Loop Elementary consisted of the development of a new 130,000 SF, 1200 student, 4-story elementary school, and site improvements at 1601 S. Dearborn Street. The school will include 40 typical classrooms, two computer classrooms, three science classrooms, two art classrooms, one music room with operable partition, warming kitchen and dining facilities, gymnatorium, library, rooftop play area, administrative center, and student services suite.
