Redevelopment of a historic 1880s-era building located in Chicago's Little Village neighborhood to be restored and modernized by Toro Construction and reintroduced as a 13,000-square-foot business incubator and inclusive community hub. As general contractor, Toro will provide preconstruction services, construction management and carpentry self performing services on the Xquina Incubator & Cafe project which will include retail hospitality space, a local cafe, coworking space, and a shared commercial kitchen.
