The Surety Hotel underwent significant rehabilitation to the historic 12-story building into a boutique hotel. The project involved restoring historic features such as first-floor plaster ceilings, elevator lobbies, the building facade, and original wood flooring. Interior work included demolishing upper floors to create 137 guest rooms. Level 2 features business offices, conference rooms, and a fitness center, while the first floor includes the lobby, ballroom, and a restaurant with a wood-fired brick oven. The basement accommodates back-of-house facilities, including mechanicals, storage, and employee amenities.
