For this project, our team led the construction of a high-density, mixed-use development in alignment with the City of Chicago's Invest South/West initiative. The work included all general construction activities from site preparation and structural work to interior build-out coordinated across multiple trades. We managed and oversaw all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and safety measures needed to complete the scope. Our team ensured the project was delivered to meet quality standards, code compliance, and community development goals.
