The 90,000 sq ft facility is a 2-story base with a 10-story tower awarded LEED Gold status for sustainable design. The David Rubenstein Forum offers a close connection to the outdoors via a basophilic design that brings natural lights and views of the surrounding landscape into almost every space. For the construction, Toro provided a general trades package that included exterior CFMF and rough carpentry.
