Mixed-Use
New Construction
Roosevelt Square 3B (Taylor & Racine)
Roosevelt Square Phase 3B is part of a 67-acre, multi-phase redevelopment on Chicago’s Near West Side that will ultimately deliver more than 2,000 mixed-income housing units. Phase 3B adds 222 new apartments across three mid-rise buildings, along with the restoration of the last Jane Addams building for the future National Public Housing Museum. Toro worked alongside Integrity Wall to produce and install cold-formed metal panel systems used for floors 2–6 of the mid-rise building, which included prefabricated wall panels with framed openings and drywall sheathing, installed above the concrete podium at the ground level.
