The Northtown Library & Apartments building was built in the West Ridge neighborhood. It's a combination of mixed-use library space located on the ground floor and 44 affordable apartment units located on the 2nd through 4th floors with 64,000 sq ft. This building consisted of exterior CFMF as well as detailed coordination for the installation of the exterior aluminum composite siding & fiber cement siding on the exterior facade. Northtown Library was awarded the Silver LEEDv2009 New Construction award.
