Montclare Senior Residences is a collection of upscale affordable housing communities with several locations in Chicago. This specific project is located in the Englewood neighborhood. The 7-story building has 71,000 sf, 102 units and includes amenities like laundry facilities, lounge, fitness center, business center and rooms with HVAC. Toro provided a general trades package which included drywall assemblies, metal framing, tapping, wall protection FRP, acoustical ceiling tiles, rough carpentry blocking, installation of thermal insulation, cornice subframe, and installations of doors and hardware.
