Owned by the Chicago Public Housing Authority, Minnie Julia Ripperton Apartments was created to provide affordable housing for seniors in the south side. The Ripperton Apartments is a 14-story building. Toro provided renovation services for 192 units which included a general trades package: Gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, wood blocking, toilet accessories, shower surrounds, shelving and door/frames.
