The Major Robert Lawrence Senior Housing apartments is a 14-story high-rise building with 193 units constructed in Englewood on 1967. This CHA project was built to provide affordable housing for seniors in Chicago who search for assistance. Toro provided a general trades package for the renovation: Gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceilings, wood blocking, toilet accessories, shower surrounds, shelving and door/frames.
