La Casa Norte Pierce House
La Casa Norte is a five-story, 48,930 sq. ft. mixed-use community center in Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood that provides a range of services to youth and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness. It includes 25 housing units alongside services like a health clinic, a food pantry, a teen center, a teaching kitchen, and case management. Toro provided furnish and install services such as exterior CFMF, rough carpentry, interior metal framing & gypsum board assemblies, exterior rigid board insulation, air vapor barrier, & exterior rain screen cladding, and exposed fastened fiber cement panels.
