Phase 2 of this project included the construction of tactical structures which includes: a multi-story mixed use structure, a residential two-flat and three-flat block, a six-story live fire burn tower, and a multi-story mixed use live fire structure. Toro provided a general trades package and prefabricated walls for the outdoor residential training buildings.
