Toro Construction is serving as the General Contractor for the Gads Hill Center Brighton Park Early Learning Center Second Floor Renovation in Chicago. The project consists of a full second-floor build-out designed to support expanded early childhood education programming and community services. Toro’s scope includes interior demolition, structural shoring, construction of new learning and administrative spaces, and coordination of all trades required for the renovation. The project also includes installation of new flooring, partitions, finishes, and building systems, along with temporary separations to maintain safe operations within the occupied facility during construction. Through close coordination with project partners and adherence to an accelerated schedule, Toro is delivering a modernized educational environment that supports Gads Hill Center’s long-standing mission of serving Chicago families and children.
