The project consists of a new two-story structural steel and concrete/precast building with cold-formed metal framing clad in insulated metal panels and translucent glass exterior walls. Highlights include a clerestory interior courtyard, TPO roof with green roof spaces, and a rooftop steel trellis lounge with an adjacent event area. Inside, the facility will feature five two-story dance studios including a grand studio along with a costume shop, physical therapy space, kitchen/pantry, locker rooms, dressing rooms, off ices, and conference rooms. New utility infrastructure for water, sewer/storm, gas, and electrical service will be installed to support operations. The project also includes an underground storm detention system to manage site drainage.
