Churchview Senior Living is a renovation of an occupied senior housing facility consisting of 86 total units. As a live construction project, tenants were temporarily relocated in phases, allowing for the renovation of five units per week. The project was funded by the Department of Housing (DOH), requiring both preconstruction and full construction services under traditional. Rehabilitation consisted of new interior finishes, lighting, replacing existing mechanical systems, plumbing fixtures, new on-site generator, food service, site work, landscaping, existing parking lot rehab including concrete and asphalt work.
