In Chicago, the project included the installation of a new chiller system supported by crane operations and coordinated mechanical and electrical connections. In St. Charles, Toro completed interior buildout work including partitions, insulation, lighting, and heating system upgrades, with upcoming underground utility work involving bidirectional boring to install a gas line between buildings while maintaining uninterrupted operations. In Worth, Toro is currently performing full restroom renovations across two buildings.
