As the general contractor, we provide Pre-Construction Services including estimating, value engineering, bid leveling, and scope-out analysis to ensure all aspects of the project are clearly defined and cost-effective prior to breaking ground. Our Construction Management Services encompass the preparation and execution of subcontractor contracts, which clearly outline scopes of work and responsibilities, payment terms, liability and insurance requirements, timelines and deadlines, as well as quality control and compliance expectations. We also include provisions for contract termination in cases of non-performance or breach. In addition, we conduct exploratory work as necessary to fully assess site conditions and mitigate potential risks during construction.
