Interior renovation of active commercial building—convert existing storage room into 2 theatre dressing rooms, with storage & restroom —renovate existing shower, and add a room in the mezzanine level. The project generally consists architectural demolition of existing conditions with new walls and finishes, new lighting and controls, power for convenience outlets, and new panel in av room. installation of new mechanical ductwork including a new AC split system and exhaust fan, rework of existing fire sprinkler heads and lines to meet new room configuration. New underground plumbing and new bathroom created. The project includes controls, ceiling removal/replacement, doors/frames/hardware, new attic lift, epoxy floor finish, misc steel angles and supports, electrical upgrades to accommodate new room functions, and metal mezzanine storage platforms & stairs for museum general storage and gift shop storage.
