New construction of a mixed-use building consisting of ground-floor commercial storefront white-box spaces with residential units above. The project includes 40 affordable housing units and ground-floor amenities such as parking, bicycle storage, laundry facilities, community and business rooms, administrative offices, a conference room, and a residential lobby. The structure is slab-on-grade with a steel beam and joist framing system and cold-formed metal stud wall construction. Scope of work includes structural framing, joist installation, drywall, and both rough and finish carpentry.
