Rosa Gallardo came into Toro Construction with over a decade of experience in the construction industry, beginning her career on the vendor side of construction where she gained knowledge in all building materials; she took care of major job site material needs. Rosa joined Toro Construction in 2018. Her experience has allowed her to share her knowledge and expertise with the company and grow as a procurement professional. She has excel in her department making sure to obtain the best quality of material and makes sure deadlines are met on time on the job sites.
