Cecilia obtained her associate's degree in accounting from Fox College in 2014 and worked as a Bookkeeper for 3 years where she gained experience in accounting operations. In 2017 she joined Toro Construction's accounts payables department and worked her way to the Compliance Coordinator position, where she oversees project compliance and documentation along with other accounting duties.
